We are a small butcher shop located in West Jordan, Utah. We specialize in game processing. We process one animal at a time. Typically your meat will be ready for pick up within 2-3 business days. Jerky orders usually take between 3-5 days. 

Deer: $175

   Quarters: $150

      Skinning: $50

Elk: $375

   Quarters: $325

      Skinning: $75

You will receive your animal cut into boneless roasts, steaks, and ground meat, wrapped and frozen. 

Additional flavor to your ground meat: $3/lb

Breakfast or Italian sausage: $3.00/lb.

Traditional or hot jerky: $14/lb.
