We are a small butcher shop located in West Jordan, Utah. We specialize in game processing. We process one animal at a time. Typically your meat will be ready for pick up within 2-3 business days. Jerky orders usually take between 3-5 days. 

DEER

• Skin-on: $225
• Skinned: $175
• Quarters: $150

ELK

• Skin-on: $450
• Skinned: $375
• Quarters: $325

You will receive your animal cut into boneless roasts, steaks, and ground meat, wrapped and frozen. 

• Add fat to your ground meat: $3/lb.
• Ground breakfast or Italian sausage: $3/lb.
• Linked bratwurst or Italian sausage: $5/lb.
• Summer sausage: $5/lb.
• Traditional or hot jerky: $14/lb.
